Service Agreement
Services, fees, and responsibilities for customers using the Governyxia™ platform.
Carnegie Creations LLC, a Florida limited liability company, doing business as Governyxia™ ("Company," "we," "us," or "our")
Governyxia™ is a trademark of Carnegie Creations LLC.
1. Scope
This Service Agreement sets forth operational terms for use of Governyxia™ by Customer and its authorized users, including uptime commitments (if any are purchased), support channels, and acceptable use in addition to the Terms of Service.
2. Support
Standard support is provided via the channels published in the product or order. Severity levels and response targets, if any, are defined in an applicable support exhibit or enterprise order.
3. Changes to the Services
Company may modify the Services to improve security, reliability, and functionality. Material adverse changes to committed service levels will be communicated as described in the MSA or order.
4. Subprocessors
Customer acknowledges that Company uses vetted infrastructure and communications providers (e.g., hosting, email/SMS) to deliver the Services. A current list may be provided upon request or published online.
5. Governing law
Consistent with the MSA, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
